I don't eat at McD's, so I never t...Agreed. I don't eat at McD's, so I never took my kids there (they are now 14 & 17). We do eat fast food (Wendy's was the preferred location), but not very often. Most meals were home-cooked, and the kids ate at restaurants we liked. My eldest's comfort food is Indian ... ever since she was a baby, we took her to regular restaurants and encouraged her to try different foods. Of course, some kids are just picky eaters and not experimental (my youngest) ... but providing healthy choices is the best route to go. <br />If you really don't want your kids eating junk, start young: don't buy/eat junk or take them to places where they feed you junk.Bonnienoreply@blogger.com
