The Ontario Science Centre, who I follow on Twitter, Tweeted the word "Test" yesterday, presumably to make sure whatever app they were using to update was working. (It was later deleted.)

Epilogue:
Emma and Tess have told me that if you have to fail at improv, make sure you fail big. This exchange definitely qualifies - it's such an enormous fail (on both sides) that it's actually an unqualified success.
